Die Raiders Tirol und der Sportliche Leiter Football, Ulz Däuber, haben sich darauf verständigt mit Ende der laufenden EFA-Saison getrennte Wege zu gehen. Die einvernehmliche Trennung ist das Ergebnis einer internen sportlichen Analyse. Ulz Däuber wird bis zum Ende der Saison die organisatorischen Agenden weiterführen. Shuan Fatah ist für das Recruitment und Scouting zukünftig allein verantwortlich.
Däuber kam im August 2023 nach Innsbruck und verantwortete seitdem den sportlichen Bereich der Tackle Football-Sektion des Tiroler Clubs. Unter seiner Regie wurde unter anderem eine einheitliche Spielphilosophie über alle Teams etabliert, mit dem Ziel heimische Nachwuchsspieler systematisch und nachhaltig an das EFA-Team heranzuführen. Trainingsmethoden, taktische Grundprinzipien und gemeinsame Werte wurden dabei aufeinander abgestimmt und sorgen für eine klare Identität innerhalb des gesamten Programms. Zudem war er maßgeblich an der Installation des Damen-Teams sowie des Special Mix-Teams der Raiders Tirol beteiligt. Nach drei Jahren der gemeinsamen Zusammenarbeit endet seine Tätigkeit nach der laufenden EFA-Spielzeit.

The Raiders Tirol and GM Football, Ulz Däuber, have mutually agreed to part ways at the end of the current EFA season. This amicable decision comes as the result of an internal athletic evaluation. Ulz Däuber will continue to oversee organizational and administrative duties until the end of the season, while Head Coach Shuan Fatah will take over sole responsibility for future recruiting and scouting.
Däuber arrived in Innsbruck in August 2023, managing the athletic department of the Tyrolean club’s tackle football section. Under his leadership, a unified playbook and philosophy were established across all teams with the goal of systematically and sustainably developing local homegrown talent for the EFA squad. By aligning training methods, tactical foundations, and core values, he helped forge a clear identity throughout the entire organization. Additionally, he played a key role in launching both the women’s team and the Raiders‘ Special Mix team. Following three years of collaboration, his tenure will conclude at the end of the current EFA campaign.
