Die RAIDERS Tirol verstärken sich auf der Kicker-Position mit einem spannenden Namen: Jonata Loria. Der italienische Spezialist ist in Innsbruck kein Unbekannter – bereits vor zwei Jahren gewann er beim Kicking Contest in Innsbruck und sicherte sich als Sieger symbolisch ein Paar neuer Schuhe. Damals noch als aufstrebendes Talent, kehrt er nun als gestandener Kicker zurück und ist bereit für den nächsten Schritt.
In diesem Jahr konnte sich Loria beim offiziellen NFL IPP Draft Combine in Indianapolis präsentieren. Dort zählte er zu den besten europäischen Spezialisten, wurde allerdings nicht gedraftet. Dennoch hat sich Loria mit starken Leistungen einen Namen gemacht und bleibt Teil des engeren IPP-Kreises. Mit 24 Jahren bringt er nicht nur Talent, sondern auch internationale Erfahrung mit. Er spielte zuletzt in der GFL für die Hildesheim Invaders und sammelte zuvor bei den Stuttgart Surge wichtige Spielpraxis in der ELF.

The RAIDERS Tirol are adding a familiar face to their special teams unit: Jonata Loria. The Italian kicker made his first impression in Innsbruck two years ago when he won the local kicking contest—earning not only recognition but also a symbolic pair of new cleats. Back then, he was considered an emerging talent. Now, he returns as a seasoned specialist, ready to take the next step in his career.
Earlier this year, Loria showcased his skills at the official NFL IPP Draft Combine in Indianapolis, where he ranked among Europe’s top kicking prospects. While he wasn’t selected in the draft, his strong performance left a lasting impression, keeping him firmly on the radar of the international football community.
At just 24 years old, Loria already brings valuable experience from both the German Football League (GFL), where he played for the Hildesheim Invaders, and the European League of Football (ELF) with the Stuttgart Surge. Now, he looks to make his mark with the RAIDERS Tirol.
