Felix Salonen schließt sich den Raiders Tirol an. Der finnische Nationalteamspieler war zuletzt bei den East City Giants in Helsinki engagiert und feiert jetzt sein Debüt in Österreich.
Felix Salonen: „Es ist mir eine große Ehre in der kommenden Saison für die Raiders Tirol aufzulaufen. Es ist großartig mit Coach Fatah, der Defense und dem gesamten Team zusammenzuarbeiten. Ich freue mich riesig darauf, die ganze Raiders Tirol-Familie kennenzulernen und bin bereit auf und abseits des Feldes alles für dieses Team zu geben. Ich bin dankbar für das Vertrauen und werde es in dieser Saison auf dem Platz zurückzahlen.“
Shuan Fatah: „Felix Salonen fiel uns bei der EM im letzten Jahr im Trikot von Finnland auf. Mit seiner sehr beeindruckenden Statur und seinem physischen Spielstil war Felix genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Er ist ein noch junger Spieler mit extrem viel Upside, genau das, was wir suchen. Ich habe keine Zweifel daran, dass er in unserem Umfeld in seiner Leistung explodieren wird. Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, Felix in unserer Tiroler Defense begrüßen zu dürfen.“

Felix Salonen is officially joining the Raiders Tirol. The Finnish national team standout, who most recently suited up for the East City Giants in Helsinki, is now taking the next big step in his career by moving to Austria.
