Der Coaching Staff für die neue Football-Saison nimmt Gestalt an. Head Coach Shuan Fatah wird als Defensive Coordinator das gesamte Defensivkonzept des Teams verantworten. Unterstützt wird er dabei von Austyn „Buster“ Cohrs als Defensive Line-Coach sowie Ben Barton, der wie in den vergangenen zwei Spielzeiten die Defensive Backs betreut und die Rolle des Special Teams Coordinators einnimmt.
Mit Austyn „Buster“ Cohrs kommt ein junger Coach nach Innsbruck: Nach seiner aktiven Zeit als Defensive Tackle an der Oklahoma State University sammelte er erste Coaching-Erfahrung an der Stephen F. Austin State University, wo er unter anderem als Assistant Defensive Line Coach und Assistant Outside Linebacker Coach tätig war. Cohrs ist außerdem Absolvent der NFL Scouting Academy und spezialisierter Pass-Rush-Trainer für College- und Nachwuchsspieler.
Ebenfalls Teil des Defensive Staffs bleibt Ben Barton. Der US-Amerikaner ist seit Februar 2024 bei den Raiders Tirol und ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Coaching-Staffs.
Head Coach und Defensive Coordinator Shuan Fatah sagt zu den beiden neuen Coaches: „Ben und Buster sind zwei wichtige Personalien für unser Team. Ben ist ein Coach, der bei unseren Spielern sehr beliebt ist, und das nicht nur als Coach sondern auch als Typ. Nach ein paar Gesprächen mit ihm, war mir schnell klar, dass Ben jemand ist, den ich im Trainerteam haben möchte. Er wird bei uns eine sehr wichtige Rolle in der Defense und den Special Teams spielen. Buster habe ich letztes Jahr kennengelernt, und war sofort von ihm als DL Coach begeistert. Er ist ein echtes Energiebündel und ausgewiesener Pass Rush Spezialist. Er wird unsere DL riesig nach vorne bringen. Ich bin sehr glücklich, Ben und Buster bei uns an Bord zu haben und freue mich, mit beiden unsere Defense zu formen.“

The coaching staff for the upcoming football season is continuing to take shape. Head Coach Shuan Fatah will also assume the role of Defensive Coordinator, overseeing the team’s entire defensive scheme. He will be supported by Austyn “Buster” Cohrs as Defensive Line Coach and by Ben Barton, who will once again coach the Defensive Backs and also serve as Special Teams Coordinator.
With Austyn “Buster” Cohrs, a young and ambitious coach is joining the team in Innsbruck. After his playing career as a defensive tackle at Oklahoma State University, he took his first steps into coaching at Stephen F. Austin State University, where he worked as Assistant Defensive Line Coach and Assistant Outside Linebackers Coach. Cohrs is also a graduate of the NFL Scouting Academy and a specialized pass-rush trainer for college and youth players.
Ben Barton will also remain part of the defensive staff. The American has been with the Raiders Tirol since February 2024 and has become an integral part of the coaching staff.

Ben is a coach who is very popular, not only as a coach but also as a character. After a few conversations with him, it was clear to me that Ben needs to be on my coaching staff. He will play a very important role in our defense and special teams. And Buster is a real bundle of energy and a proven pass rush specialist. I met him last year and was immediately impressed by him as a DL coach. He will take our DL to the next level. I am very happy to have Ben and Buster on board and look forward to shaping our defense with both of them.“
